WaxChase welcomes wholesale partnerships with verified resellers, hobby shops, and licensed retail businesses. Please read our Wholesale Policy carefully before submitting a wholesale inquiry. By placing a wholesale order with WaxChase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale pricing and access are available exclusively to verified business customers. To qualify for a wholesale account with WaxChase, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must operate a legitimate, licensed retail or resale business
- You must provide a valid resale certificate or sales tax exemption certificate issued by your state
- You must agree to all terms outlined in this Wholesale Policy
- Your business must be located within the United States
WaxChase reserves the right to approve or decline any wholesale application at its sole discretion.
2. How to Apply
To apply for a wholesale account, please contact our support team at support@waxchase.com with the subject line “Wholesale Inquiry.” Your email should include the following information:
- Your full legal business name
- Your business address
- Your business website or storefront information (if applicable)
- A copy of your valid resale certificate or sales tax exemption certificate
- The products you are interested in ordering
- Your estimated monthly order volume
Our team will review your application and respond within 2 business days. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to product availability and verification of your submitted documents.
3. Minimum Order Requirements
The following minimum order values apply to all wholesale accounts:
- Initial Order Minimum: $500.00 USD
- Reorder Minimum: $300.00 USD
Orders that do not meet the applicable minimum order value will not be processed at wholesale pricing. WaxChase reserves the right to update minimum order requirements at any time with reasonable notice to approved wholesale customers.
4. Pricing
Wholesale pricing is provided to approved customers on a per-product basis and is subject to change based on distributor pricing, market conditions, and product availability. Wholesale prices are confidential and must not be shared with any third party. WaxChase does not publish a public wholesale price list.
5. Payment Terms
All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. WaxChase does not offer net payment terms, credit accounts, or deferred billing at this time. Accepted payment methods for wholesale orders are the same as those available for standard retail orders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all processed securely through Stripe.
6. Resale Certificate Requirement
All wholesale customers must provide a valid resale certificate or sales tax exemption certificate before their first wholesale order is processed. This document must be issued by the state in which your business operates and must be current and valid at the time of submission. WaxChase reserves the right to request an updated certificate at any time.
Wholesale customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their resale certificate and for complying with all applicable state and local tax laws regarding the resale of purchased products.
7. Product Availability
Wholesale orders are subject to product availability. WaxChase cannot guarantee the availability of specific products for wholesale at any given time. In the event that a product included in a confirmed wholesale order becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and provide the option to substitute an alternative product or receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
8. Shipping
Wholesale orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on order size and destination. Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be calculated at the time of order and communicated to the customer before payment is processed. Free shipping promotions applicable to retail orders do not automatically apply to wholesale orders unless explicitly stated.
9. Returns & Refunds
Wholesale orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy with the following additional conditions:
- All wholesale returns must be pre-authorized in writing by WaxChase before any product is returned
- Opened products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances
- Return shipping costs for wholesale orders are the responsibility of the wholesale customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged or defective product
10. Prohibited Resale Practices
By purchasing products through our wholesale program, you agree to the following resale conditions:
- You will not misrepresent WaxChase products or make false claims about product authenticity or contents
- You will not resell products in a condition other than the original factory-sealed condition in which they were received
- You will not resell products through channels that violate the intellectual property rights of manufacturers or brand owners
- You will not use WaxChase branding, logos, or trademarked materials in your own marketing without prior written permission
11. Termination of Wholesale Account
WaxChase reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at any time for any of the following reasons:
- Failure to meet minimum order requirements over an extended period
- Submission of fraudulent or inaccurate business documentation
- Violation of any term outlined in this Wholesale Policy
- Conduct that is harmful to the reputation or interests of WaxChase
12. Changes to This Policy
WaxChase reserves the right to update or modify this Wholesale Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to approved wholesale customers via email and will take effect within 14 days of notification. Continued participation in the wholesale program following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
