At WaxChase, we offer pre-orders on upcoming hobby boxes and trading card releases so you can secure your products before they sell out. Please read our pre-order policy carefully before placing a pre-order.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before its official release date. Pre-order products are listed with an estimated release date and will be shipped as soon as stock is received at our warehouse. Pre-ordering guarantees your allocation and locks in the price at the time of purchase.
Payment
Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you authorize WaxChase to charge your payment method immediately for the full amount of your order. This ensures your allocation is secured and reserved exclusively for you.
Shipping
Pre-order items will be shipped within 1–3 business days of the official product release date, once stock has been received and verified at our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your pre-order has been dispatched.
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available, unless you contact us to request a split shipment.
Release Date Changes
Release dates for trading card products are set by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice. WaxChase is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or shipping carriers. We will make every effort to communicate any significant release date changes to customers via email.
Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product has shipped by contacting us at support@waxchase.com. Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it is subject to our standard Refund Policy and cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled pre-orders will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Product Availability
In the rare event that a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable due to manufacturer shortages, distribution issues, or discontinuation, WaxChase will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Price Guarantee
The price you pay at the time of your pre-order is the price you will be charged. WaxChase will not charge any additional fees if the market price of the product increases after your pre-order is placed. Likewise, we are not able to adjust pre-order prices downward if the price decreases after your order is confirmed.
Limit Per Customer
WaxChase reserves the right to limit the quantity of pre-order items per customer to ensure fair access for all collectors. Limits, if applicable, will be stated on the product listing page.
