Refund Policy

At WaxChase, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with no signs of tampering
  • The item must not have been opened, resealed, or altered in any way
  • Proof of purchase from WaxChase must be provided

We do not accept returns on opened hobby boxes, opened packs, or any product that has been tampered with. Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales of opened items are final.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@waxchase.com within 30 days of your delivery date. Include the following in your email:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the item and packaging if applicable

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions. Do not ship any item back to us without first receiving written authorization from our support team.


Return Shipping

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. WaxChase is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and applied to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@waxchase.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened hobby boxes or trading card packs
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event
  • Items returned without prior authorization from WaxChase

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your eligible unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
