Every hobby box leaves our warehouse in the same factory-sealed condition it arrived in. If you ever receive a product that you believe is not authentic, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Factory Sealed Products Only

30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window on all unopened, factory-sealed products. If you change your mind or something is not right with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the return process. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
