This page explains exactly what our authenticity guarantee means, how we enforce it, and what it means for you as a collector.
1. Our Promise
WaxChase guarantees that every hobby box and trading card product sold on waxchase.com is:
- 100% genuine and manufactured by the official brand owner
- Factory sealed in its original, untampered packaging
- Sourced exclusively from authorized distributors and verified suppliers
- Inspected before shipment to confirm seal integrity and packaging condition
If you ever receive a product from WaxChase that you believe does not meet these standards, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
2. Authorized Sourcing Only
WaxChase purchases all inventory exclusively from authorized distributors and verified suppliers with direct relationships to the manufacturers of the products we carry. We do not purchase from:
- Third-party resellers or secondary market sellers
- Gray market or parallel import sources
- Unverified online marketplaces or auction platforms
- Any source that cannot provide verifiable documentation of product origin
This strict sourcing policy ensures that every product that enters our warehouse has a clear, traceable chain of custody from manufacturer to distributor to WaxChase.
3. Zero Tolerance for Resealed Products
Resealed products are one of the most serious problems facing the trading card hobby today. A resealed box is one that has been opened, had its contents removed or altered, and been repackaged to appear factory sealed. Purchasing a resealed box is one of the most damaging experiences a collector can have.
WaxChase has a zero-tolerance policy for resealed products. We enforce this policy through the following measures:
- All inventory is sourced directly from authorized distributors, eliminating exposure to resealed stock at the point of purchase
- Every order is physically inspected by our team before dispatch to verify that factory seals are fully intact and show no signs of tampering
- Any product that shows signs of tampering, resealing, or packaging irregularities is quarantined and removed from our inventory immediately
- We do not sell, return to stock, or redistribute any product that has been flagged during inspection
4. Products We Guarantee
Our authenticity guarantee applies to all products sold on waxchase.com, including but not limited to:

5. What To Do If You Have a Concern
If you receive a product and have any concern about its authenticity or the integrity of its factory seal, please take the following steps:
- Do not open the product
- Photograph the product from all angles, including close-up images of the seal and any area of concern
- Contact us immediately at support@waxchase.com with your order number and photographs
- Our team will review your concern within 1 business day and advise on next steps
We take every authenticity concern seriously. Depending on the outcome of our review, we will arrange a replacement, a full refund, or further investigation with our distributor. We will never ask you to simply accept a product you have reason to believe is not genuine.
