At WaxChase, we work hard to get your hobby boxes and trading cards to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited and priority shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. WaxChase is not responsible for any customs charges or delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order. You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track My Order page or by using the carrier’s official tracking website.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. WaxChase is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@waxchase.com. We will do our best to make corrections before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is reported as lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@waxchase.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. WaxChase reserves the right to require photographic evidence of any damage before issuing a replacement or refund.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment of returned packages.
