At WaxChase, we believe you should always know exactly where your order is. Here is everything you need to know about tracking your shipment from our warehouse to your door.


When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This email will include:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the shipping carrier
  • Your unique tracking number
  • A direct link to track your shipment

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.


Our Shipping Carriers

WaxChase ships via the following carriers depending on your location and order size:

  • FedEx

The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email. Each carrier provides real-time tracking updates from the moment your package is scanned at dispatch through to final delivery.


How to Track Your Order

You can track your order in the following ways:

Option 1 — Tracking Link in Your Email
Click the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. This will take you directly to the carrier’s tracking page with real-time updates on your shipment.

Option 2 — Carrier Website
Visit the carrier’s official tracking website and enter your tracking number:

  • UPS: ups.com
  • FedEx: fedex.com

Option 3 — Track My Order Page
Visit the Track My Order page on waxchase.com and enter your order number and email address to retrieve your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Domestic (US): 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
  • International: Varies by destination — typically 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, customs processing for international orders, or other circumstances outside our control.


Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Pre-orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of the official product release date.


My Tracking Says Delivered But I Haven’t Received My Package

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  • Check around your property including porches, garages, and mailboxes
  • Check with neighbors or building management in case the package was accepted on your behalf
  • Wait 24 hours as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly early
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation

My Tracking Has Not Updated

Tracking information can sometimes go without an update for 24–48 hours during transit, particularly over weekends or during high-volume shipping periods. This does not necessarily mean your package is lost. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@waxchase.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
