Delivery times, carriers & international orders
Yes — free standard shipping on every US order, no minimum required. It applies automatically at checkout. Expedited options are available for an additional fee.
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then standard US delivery takes 3–7 business days. You receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders
Processing, tracking, modifications & pre-orders
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day. A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent as soon as your order dispatches.
Contact us as soon as possible at support@waxchase.com. We will do everything we can before your order enters fulfillment. Once dispatched, it must follow our standard return process.
Yes. Pre-orders are charged in full at purchase and ship within 1–3 business days of the official release date. Your price is locked at the time of your order. If a product is cancelled by the manufacturer, you receive a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
Our 30-day return window and refund timeline
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, factory-sealed products only. Opened boxes or packs cannot be returned due to the randomized nature of sealed products. Email support@waxchase.com with your order number to start — all returns require prior authorization.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to post the credit. We email you as soon as the refund is issued.

Authenticity, brands & inventory
Absolutely. Every product is sourced exclusively from authorized distributors — never third-party resellers or gray market sources. We have zero tolerance for resealed or searched products and every order is physically inspected before dispatch. Contact us immediately if you ever have a concern.
We carry Pokémon, Panini, Prizm, Topps Chrome, Bowman, Disney, and more. Inventory is updated regularly with new releases and restocks. If a specific product isn’t listed, email us and we’ll do our best to source it.
Yes. Email support@waxchase.com with the product name and we’ll notify you when it’s back. We do our best to keep the most popular lines well stocked and can often source specific requests.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Yes. Every transaction is protected by SSL encryption and processed through Stripe’s PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure — the highest security standard in the payments industry. We never see, store, or handle your full card number or CVV.
Wholesale
Bulk orders, minimums & eligibility
Yes. Wholesale pricing is available to verified US-based resellers, hobby shops, and licensed retailers. Initial order minimum is $500, reorder minimum is $300. Email support@waxchase.com with subject “Wholesale Inquiry” including your business details and resale certificate.
You must operate a legitimate, licensed retail or resale business in the United States and provide a valid resale certificate or state sales tax exemption certificate. All applications are reviewed individually. See our full Wholesale Policy for complete details.
